The subject of medical cannabis is controversial, but better understanding through education will help us to learn about its potential benefits as a treatment option. The volume of information available is overwhelming, however, Linda Shanks fromCanniMed, provided an enlightening presentation which included a thorough medical explanation; she outlined the CanniMed products (as a licensed and regulated producer), and she concluded by answering several of our attendee questions relating to this subject.
Medical cannabis is not for everyone, but it can be a good fit for patients suffering from serious chronic and terminal illness. Consult with your doctor about medical cannabis therapy, and if you have any questions, there is a staff pharmacist at CanniMed who is available to take your call at 1.855.787.1577 / www.cannimed.ca / E. firstname.lastname@example.org
